Your friend has been really excited about their new shoes from the brand Allbirds, which they bought online. Since they told you about them, you've been curious about the brand. You decided to check out the Allbirds website to see their shoe options, and consider maybe getting a pair for yourself.
The worst thing about my experience is that the main page said one thing about having a limited edition color for sneakers (wouldn't let me navigate and interact with it) so I had to go the long way in trying to find the same pair I liked. However in finding it, it wasn't consistent since the color was not shown as a choice for the same sneakers it showed on the main page.
Adding a lot more sustainability and explanations and comparisons of how these sneakers and apparel are more sustainable than other retailers and explain that data and how it came about. Also, make tab menu navigation on the site so its easier to know the different sections on the site and be able to navigate and find all the sections without missing out on information. Make sustainability a priority and advertise as such on the main page at the top and throughout.
I liked how modern it looked and the sustainability the company offers with their shoes.
No other comments other than my improvement suggestions. I hope all of this is helpful! I do really value sustainability, biodegradability, recycling, etc. I would love to see more on the site about the materials (how they are sustainable) and what that means for how long the shoe will last and what to do when the shoe is worn out. i.e. can it be recycled? does the company take it back? I would also love to see as part of the sustainability initiation program that there are ways people can buy "not perfect" or "defected products" for a whole lot less so these potential mess ups in products don't go to waste and this also helps sustainability, along with partnering with conservation organizations like WWF or 4Ocean.
You have been eyeing some new supplies for your dog and decide to do some online browsing.

As I mentioned, the text on the homepage seemed cramped and the overall design of the homepage seemed a little throw together. None of the products really excited me as a user.
I like how easy it was to search for things. It was easy to customize my search, so even if they didn’t carry the right brand I could find a replacement.

To our valued customers and new visitors:
Our team has always been passionate about delivering unparalleled service in the digital experience insights space, and we’re thrilled to announce our latest upgrade: an integrated research repository, with advanced AI-powered analytical features for seeing deep into your data!
In combination with our existing usability testing and product analytics suites, the new repository will make your research more powerful and impactful than ever.
This development has been months in the making. As you may have read in our last announcement, we acquired the new repository – a platform called Considerly – in October of last year. Now, as of today we are giving 1 year of free access to all Trymata users. You’ll enjoy features such as:
…and more! Trymata will never be the same, and we've never been more excited for the future. This acquisition will broaden and deepen our platform, and give you a single source of truth for all your product decision-making.
Considerly is a comprehensive research repository that boasts advanced capabilities for qualitative data analysis. The Considerly platform makes centralizing your research data seamless, allowing you to not just collect and organize, but also analyze vast quantities of research findings in one place. In addition, this intuitive tool helps you establish a structure for your qualitative data analysis, so that you can quickly divine patterns and trends across numerous datasets.
Considerly is powered by artificial intelligence that does the heavy lifting; researchers can transcribe, translate, and extract insights through sentiment analysis in just one click. Instantly, your textual data will be tagged to indicate where users felt positively and negatively in their feedback. Then, with Considerly’s universal tagging system, you can use automatic and manually-added tags to group related insights from different projects and studies together, connecting disparate datasets and identifying the ways in which they align and diverge.
Automatically generated discovery graphs give you a huge headstart on this work, showing you the ways in which your tags overlap with each other and their areas of highest frequency. So if you want to learn how your usability testing results relate to your user interviews and your survey responses, Considerly will make that not just possible, but easy. With Considerly joining Trymata's arsenal, you’ll have a single source of truth to refer back to and understand what all of your research data really means.
The ultimate goal of this acquisition is to continue improving the digital experience research capabilities we provide to our users. We believe that integrating a research repository into our offerings will make all the work you already do on Trymata even more valuable.
As of today, all Trymata users will receive 1 year of free access to the Considerly research repository. You don’t need to do anything to claim this offer or to set it up; in your Trymata account, you’ll be able to easily access Considerly via a single sign-on experience. Just click the new “Research Repository” heading in the navigation bar to begin exploring your new repository suite!
Today’s announcement is just the first step in rolling out our new repository capabilities – there’s a lot more yet to come! The first big thing we’ll be working on is a way to easily import all of your Trymata user testing data into the repository. For now, you’ll be able to manually import your data – and our existing test export features will make it straightforward to copy and paste most of your user testing datasets in the meantime. Please feel free to share your thoughts and input with our team as we work on this upcoming integration!
We’ll also be working on data import integrations with a variety of other research and data collection tools, in order to provide the maximum range of options for your team to take advantage of Considerly’s benefits.
If you’d like to learn more about Considerly and how it can benefit your team’s research efforts, get in touch with your customer success manager or the Trymata sales team! They’ll be more than happy to have a conversation with you about it and show you what you can do. We hope you’re as excited as we are about the possibilities it opens up – and we hope you enjoy using your new research repository.
As always, thanks for finding insights with Trymata. We look forward to growing even more together.
Regards,
Rit & the Trymata team
